Shipping & Return Policy
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ledbycheval.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the EU, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the cost of return shipping (unless covered under warranty or damage claims).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. The return cost within EU is 150 SEK.
