Whether you are choosing between systems, waiting on an order, or trying to work out whether LED treatment suits your horse at all, a message reaches someone who knows the answer rather than a queue. Write in whichever language you prefer.
We answer by email and on WhatsApp. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time, and we aim to reply within two working days, although it occasionally takes a little longer when we are busy.
