Subscription faq
  1. Select the best LED by CHEVAL system for your horse and Add to Cart.
  2. Go to Checkout.
  3. Add your Billing and Shipping information.
  4. Review your order summary.
  5. Enter your Card Details, read and accept our Terms and Conditions, and Place Your Order.
  6. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email and we will automatically create an account for you where you can Log In to manage your subscription.

Your payment is charged on the date of your first order and, thereafter, subsequent payments every month.

Normally, the delivery time is only 2-3 working days.

The first payment for your subscription is charged when you place your order, and subsequent payments occur on a monthly basis.

Yes, you can add both subscription and non-subscription products to the same order.

Log In to your account to manage your subscription. Here, you can update your contact information, order additional products, modify your payment method, or opt to cancel your subscription.

You have the possibility to buy your rental product within the first three months of your subscription. We will deduct the total amount you’ve paid for your subscription from the product’s listed price, which can be found on the Product Page.

To initiate the purchase process, please send an email to info@ledbycheval.com within the first three months of your subscription.

The LED by CHEVAL insurance is included, so if anything happens, your system is covered.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no binding time, but you must return your system before the next renewal. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional month.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log In to your account and cancel your subscription.
  2. We will handle your cancellation shortly after and send you an email with information about how to return the product to us.
  3. Ensure the system is in an acceptable condition for return. Make sure to pack it securely in the box you received it to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Take the package to the postal office for shipment. Be sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment, as this will serve as proof that you sent the product.
  5. After receiving and checking your system, we will confirm your cancellation.

It’s essential to follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful cancellation and return process, as well as to avoid any additional charges.

The system must be returned in acceptable condition and cleaned.

If you don’t send your system before your next renewal, you will be charged for an additional month. If you still don’t return your system within the next month, you will be charged the price of the system.

You will be charged the cost of restoring the system to acceptable condition or replacing it with a new one.

Acceptable condition is clean and whole. Tears, holes, and dirt are not acceptable.
