Specific agreement for Rental Products
- Payment and Subscription:
- The first payment for your subscription is charged when you place your order, and subsequent payments occur on a monthly basis.
- You have the possibility to buy your rental product within the first three months of your subscription. We will deduct the total amount you’ve paid for your subscription from the product’s listed price, which can be found on the Product Page.
- Insurance Coverage:
- The LED by CHEVAL insurance is included, so if anything happens, your system is covered.
- Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no binding time, but you must return your system before the next renewal. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional month.
- Don’t send the system before our confirmation of your cancellation request.
- Return Process:
- Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful cancellation and return process and to avoid additional charges:

- Shortly after, we will email you with information about how to return the product to us, including a link to purchase your return label. Please visit ledbycheval.com/shop/return-label/ to see current return label prices.
- We will email you the return label so you can print it.
- Before packing your product(s), ensure the system is in acceptable condition for return. Pack it securely in the box you received it in to prevent damage during transit.
- Take the package to the postal office for shipment. Be sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment, as this will prove that you sent the product.
- After receiving and checking your system, we will confirm your cancellation.
- Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful cancellation and return process and to avoid additional charges:
- Failure to Return:
- If you don’t send your system before your next renewal, you will be charged for an additional month. If you still don’t return your system within the next month, you will be charged the price of the system.
- Condition of Returned System:
- If the system is not in acceptable condition when it is returned, you will be charged the cost of restoring the system to acceptable condition or replacing it with a new one.
- Payment Default:
- If your monthly payment is not performed, due to, for example, insufficient funds on your card, we will send out a reminder and perform payment attempts according to our schedule.
- If the payment is still not made after that or if you don’t update your payment details, we will be responsible for covering the total cost of the product.
- In such cases, we will send you an invoice for the total cost of the product minus your paid rental amount of up to three months’ fees.

The prices stated on our Website apply to orders placed on ledbycheval.com. Prices for Customers within the EU are presented including VAT, and prices for Customers outside the EU are presented without VAT. When ordering from a non-EU country, you effectively become an importer and liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments.

We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices on all products in our range and subsequently correct incorrect pricing without prior notice. If an unredeemed package is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of SEK500 / €50 plus the transportation costs, which will be deducted directly from the refunded amount. In such cases, you will also be charged for the cost of an unredeemed package.
Transport Damage
We are responsible for damage that has occurred during transport or delivery to you as a Customer. When you receive your delivery, it is up to you as a Customer to investigate whether the package is damaged. This must be done when you receive the package. Always check your package carefully immediately upon delivery. Inspect outer and inner packaging and cartons or other packaging in which the product(s) arrived. If the package or your item is damaged, this must be noted directly at the delivery time and documented with a picture and text. Take the following pictures: 1. outer and inner packaging, 2. accompanying consignment note from the carrier, 3. the item you received. Describe your case and email the pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This will help us handle your issue faster. Keep the original packaging that the product came in. The product must not be used until further notice.
Right of withdrawal
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product(s). The right of withdrawal is provided that your item is not specially ordered for you or that you have used/assembled the product. You can read more about exemptions from the right of withdrawal under “Exceptions from the right of withdrawal”.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers and not companies.
As a Customer, you are responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees for the return. It’s important that you send the item with traceable shipping. As a Customer, you are responsible for payment for the product until we have received it and you have received a confirmation from us.
The product is in the Customer’s possession until we have received the return, and it’s therefore essential that the product is not damaged during shipping. Accordingly, pack your package carefully. Warranty
We offer you as a Customer a 4-year warranty for manufacturing defects (hidden defects) from the time you receive the product. The warranty applies to original faults and not faults that have arisen due to careless or incorrect handling, handling faults, wear, or that care instructions have not been followed.
If a defect is discovered, you as a Customer must contact us at LED by CHEVAL within a reasonable time.

Limited warranty on batteries
Batteries lose performance over time. Rechargeable batteries discharge faster in the cold. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan – eventually, their capacity and performance drop to a level that requires replacement.
Our battery warranty is 1 year and covers batteries that don’t work due to manufacturing defects. A defective battery is a defect if the performance is 20 min. or less.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee on all light therapy systems. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us.
The product needs to be in the same condition as you got it. You have the right to try it, but you must be careful and ensure it’s not damaged in any way when returning it. If the product is not in the same condition, we have the right to decline the return.
Only non-personalized (e.g., products embroidered with customer logo or name) or not made-to-order products can be returned.
This guarantee only applies when the product is bought at our website ledbycheval.com. If you purchased the product from a retailer, remember that every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.
You must send the package within 20 days of receiving it.
Within Sweden, returns are free. For customers outside Sweden, the shipping is 50€.

Take the following pictures: 1. outer and inner packaging, 2. accompanying consignment note from the carrier, 3. the item you received. Describe your case and email the pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This will help us handle your issue faster. Keep the original packaging that the product came in. The product must not be used until further notice.

Our battery warranty is 1 year and covers batteries that don’t work due to manufacturing defects. A defective battery is a defect if the performance is 20 min. or less.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee on all light therapy systems. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us.
The product needs to be in the same condition as you got it. You have the right to try it, but you must be careful and ensure it’s not damaged in any way when returning it. If the product is not in the same condition, we have the right to decline the return.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee on all light therapy systems. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us.

We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices on all products in our range and subsequently correct incorrect pricing without prior notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments according to prices, sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our Website or in our advertisements. Payment
When you, as a Customer, place an order on our Website, you can choose between different offered payment options. The payment services are securely handled by Stripe, Klarna, and PayPal.
Delivery
Orders are usually sent with PostNord, UPS, or DHL.
If you as a Customer want a specific shipping method or a shipping method other than the one we offer, you as a Customer must bear the cost. If you wish for another shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
The delivery time depends on your shipping country and the purchased products. Standard delivery time within the EU is 1-3 working days, but sometimes it can take longer.
Receipt of delivery
As a Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that a recipient can receive the item at the time of delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery, it entails costs for us, for which we reserve the right to charge you. E.g., if you don’t pick up your item from the delivery point in time, provide incorrect information or contact information, or if you refuse to receive the delivery.
If an unredeemed package is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of SEK500 / €50 plus the transportation costs, which will be deducted directly from the refunded amount. If your item is not covered by the right of withdrawal and has not been approved for return by us, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt of your item. In such cases, you will also be charged for the cost of an unredeemed package.
Transport Damage
We are responsible for damage that has occurred during transport or delivery to you as a Customer. When you receive your delivery, it is up to you as a Customer to investigate whether the package is damaged. This must be done when you receive the package. Always check your package carefully immediately upon delivery. Inspect outer and inner packaging and cartons or other packaging in which the product(s) arrived. If the package or your item is damaged, this must be noted directly at the delivery time and documented with a picture and text. Take the following pictures: 1. outer and inner packaging, 2. accompanying consignment note from the carrier, 3. the item you received. Describe your case and email the pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This will help us handle your issue faster. Keep the original packaging that the product came in. The product must not be used until further notice.
Right of withdrawal
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product(s). The right of withdrawal is provided that your item is not specially ordered for you or that you have used/assembled the product. You can read more about exemptions from the right of withdrawal under “Exceptions from the right of withdrawal”.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers and not companies.
As a Customer, you are responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees for the return. It’s important that you send the item with traceable shipping. As a Customer, you are responsible for payment for the product until we have received it and you have received a confirmation from us.
The product is in the Customer’s possession until we have received the return, and it’s therefore essential that the product is not damaged during shipping. Accordingly, pack your package carefully. You, as a Customer, are responsible for any damage during transport when the product is sent back to us. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal/return, you are welcome to contact us.
Exception from the right of withdrawal is if your item is made to order or in some way personally adapted, i.e., it’s specially ordered specifically for you and/or produced or adapted according to your specific wishes. E.g., it could be an item with your name embroidered.

Warranty
We offer you as a Customer a 4-year warranty for manufacturing defects (hidden defects) from the time you receive the product. The warranty applies to original faults and not faults that have arisen due to careless or incorrect handling, handling faults, wear, or that care instructions have not been followed.
If a defect is discovered, you as a Customer must contact us at LED by CHEVAL within a reasonable time.

Limited warranty on batteries
Batteries lose performance over time. Rechargeable batteries discharge faster in the cold. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan – eventually, their capacity and performance drop to a level that requires replacement.
Our battery warranty is 1 year and covers batteries that don’t work due to manufacturing defects. A defective battery is a defect if the performance is 20 min. or less.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee on all light therapy systems. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us.
The product needs to be in the same condition as you got it. You have the right to try it, but you must be careful and ensure it’s not damaged in any way when returning it. If the product is not in the same condition, we have the right to decline the return.
Only non-personalized (e.g., products embroidered with customer logo or name) or not made-to-order products can be returned.
This guarantee only applies when the product is bought at our website ledbycheval.com. If you purchased the product from a retailer, remember that every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.
You must send the package within 20 days of receiving it.
Within Sweden, returns are free. For customers outside Sweden, the shipping is 50€.

Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the Terms of Purchase (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website), alternatively 30 days after LED by CHEVAL has informed the Customer of the changes. However, LED by CHEVAL recommends that the Customer regularly remains updated on the Website in order to become aware of any changes to the Terms of Purchase.
We may amend this Agreement from time to time. When we amend this Agreement, we will update this page accordingly and require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our Service.
